I am a 1997 alumni of Marked Tree High School. I have 15 years of teaching experience, with 13 being in the Marked Tree School District and 2 in North Carolina. I have taught 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grades and served as Math Coach for the elementary school.

I have been married to my husband for 17 years and we have 2 sons and a dog. I enjoy reading, camping, and watching my boys play sports in my free time. I grew up mostly in Marked Tree and this is home to us.
